Separate a wide variety of substances in fully automated membrane plants
The dynamic crossflow filtration is technically implemented
using a rotary disc system.
These are equipped with a pressure housing in which one or more
closely spaced ceramic rotary discs are mounted on a hollow shaft.
The pressure housing is filled with the medium (feed) to be
filtered and operated at an application-specific pressure.
Technical data
- for rotary discs with an outer diameter of 152 to 374 mm
- fluid group according to 2014/68/EU: 1 & 2 (liquid / gaseous)
- material: stainless steel & duplex-stainless steel
- seals: EPDM, FKM, FFKM, PTFE (also available with FDA certification)
- scalable from laboratory to industrial applications
- applicable for micro-, ultra- and nanofiltration
- particularly suitable for filtration and concentration of highly viscous and
heavily loaded media - long service life and good regenerability (GMP)
- also available as ATEX-compliant version according to 2014/34/EU
